The Client was interested in Feng Shui.  To achieve more harmony in the garden, a straight redwood retaining wall was removed and a curved, stacked rock wall installed.  Soft, full plantings and succulents in the rock wall add textural interest.  In the forgotten side yard, blue tumbled glass was included in the dry creek bed to simulate water and to blend with the client’s collection of blue accessories.
